TICKET REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

All tickets purchased for performances, events, or productions (“Performances”) presented by The Penny Seats are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances, generally including performance cancellation, serious illness requiring hospitalization, or other unique circumstances. Refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the Executive Director or Artistic Director. As an alternative to refunds, the Company offers a Ticket Exchange program for patrons unable to attend their scheduled Performance. Subject to availability, patrons may exchange tickets for another Performance of the same production or, at The Penny Seats’ discretion, for a different production of equivalent value within the same season. All exchange requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled Performance time. All ticket exchange requests, refund requests under extraordinary circumstances, and general inquiries must be submitted via email to: thepennyseats@gmail.com and should include the patron's full name, order number, Performance date and time, and detailed explanation of the request or inquiry. The Penny Seats will make reasonable efforts to respond to all inquiries within two (2) business days.
